Isn't it funny

Last night the candidates were hosted by College of the Ozarks Republicans. The Keeter Center is one of the most beautiful lodges in this area and the College of the Ozarks is an icon of Southern Missouri. I have to say the debates were long but interesting. When it was my turn to speak as candidate for State Representative I had a bazillion things going through my mind and only five minutes to express my concerns. The funny thing is when I finished speaking the fist thing the incumbent did was give me a lesson in public speaking. Amazing! I have had my share of public speaking in various places, actually in some of the most intimidating places. Isn't it funny that an incumbent would drive fifty miles to give a lesson on public speaking....... Whats up with that?
